The complex is located approximately 150 meters from the long sandy beach of Playa de Los Pocillos.
The center of Puerto del Carmen is about 3 km away. Shops and entertainment venues are nearby.

Attractive complex with 242 apartments spread over 3 floors, a lobby with reception, a non-smoking restaurant, and a games room.
The well-maintained outdoor area features a seawater swimming pool (heated in winter) and a freshwater swimming pool, a separate seawater children's pool, and a freshwater children's pool.
The sun terrace has sun loungers and a pool bar.
Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex.

The apartments are cheerfully and very spacious (40 sqm) furnished, with a living area with a sofa bed for the 3rd and 4th person, a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan, a kitchenette with a seating/dining area, microwave, coffee machine, TV (in the living room), Wi-Fi included, telephone, air conditioning in the living area (individually adjustable), a safe (rental fee), and a bath or shower/WC and hairdryer. Local alcoholic beverages (for guests aged 18+) and non-alcoholic drinks as per the menu from 11 AM to midnight.
