The spacious holiday resort is located in Kusadasi-Pamucak, directly on a bay with a wide, gently sloping sandy beach and bathing jetty. It is approximately 10 km to the centre of Kusadasi, which offers numerous entertainment options. Good public minibus connections are available.

The holiday hotel consists of a main building with a total of 489 rooms. Further facilities at the resort include an elegant lobby with a reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once per week with a minimum stay of 7 days, upon reservation and subject to availability), and several bars. There is also a shopping arcade with various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is available free of charge in many areas and in the rooms; a conference room, game centre, and internet café are available for a fee. The hotel features a modern wellness area. The expansive garden grounds offer guests a stage for evening entertainment, a pool landscape with three swimming pools—one of which is a relax pool for adults only—an integrated and a separate children's pool with water slides, an indoor pool with a water slide and an integrated children's pool, as well as various sun terraces and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are included at the pool and on the beach, which features a beach bar. Admission to the hotel's own Aquapark (23.4.-31.10., alternating opening of Aquapark and Lazy River between 23.4.-30.4.), which is located directly next to the complex and is considered one of the largest in Turkey with several pools, a total of 31 water slides, a wave pool, and a 300 m "Lazy River," is included (food and drinks for a fee).

The modern rooms are equipped with one double bed and one single bed, a sofa, shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, air conditioning (centrally controlled), minibar (one-time minibar filling with soft drinks on the day of arrival, thereafter available for an extra charge), electric kettle for coffee and tea making, safe, direct-dial telephone, tiled floor, and a balcony (D). DZ=Single room for sole use (DE).

These rooms are available only for adults (18 years and older) and feature the same amenities and location as the double rooms (SAO).

Similar to the double rooms but more spacious (approx. 35m²), featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a shower/WC (DSU).

These feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and have a sliding door or visual partition between the two sleeping areas. They are equipped with one double bed and two single beds (DF2).

These consist of two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds, with a connecting door, and feature the same amenities as the double rooms. The rooms are located in the annex building (SF2/So'26 2FS).

Similar to the family rooms but more spacious (approx. 47m²), consisting of one bedroom and another room with a connecting door. Located in the main building, they feature two bathrooms and three TVs (2FF).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form, late-riser breakfast, snacks at various stations throughout the day, ice cream hour, and midnight soup. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the currently open bars. Upon arrival, the minibar is stocked with 2x Coca-Cola, 2x mineral water, 1x Fanta, and 2 small waters free of charge; it is refilled daily with water and soft drinks.
Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Imported drinks, all bottled drinks, freshly squeezed juices, as well as food and drinks at the Aquapark.

Tennis (daytime) with own equipment, beach volleyball, fitness room, table tennis, and mini golf.

Tennis with floodlights, table football, bowling, and billiards.

Multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 12, open for limited hours six times per week, and a special children's buffet in the evening.

Sauna and Turkish bath are included. Massages and all other treatments are for a fee.

Telephone and fax charges are for a fee.

Varied animation with sports and games during the day, plus various evening entertainment programs, occasional live music, and themed and game nights.
