Your luxury hotel is located directly on the gently sloping, fine sandy beach, approximately 15 km from the center of Kusadasi with its various shopping and entertainment opportunities. Public minibus connections are available. Izmir Airport is approximately 60 km away.

The hotel offers a total of 388 rooms spread across two interconnected buildings and a separate building, each with three floors and elevators. Facilities include a reception hall with a reception area, comfortable seating, and a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Furthermore, there is a buffet restaurant with a terrace, several à la carte restaurants (dinner in one of the à la carte restaurants three times a week with a service charge and prior reservation), various bars, a business center, a game and conference room, as well as a fitness room, a wellness center, and a game hall. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (each for a fee). In addition to the well-maintained and spacious garden and pool bar, there is a pool area with a large freshwater swimming pool, water slides for children and adults, and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included at the pools and on the beach.

The modern and comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or separate building and consist of a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individual), safe, minibar, kettle with coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, LED satellite TV, parquet flooring, and a balcony (D). Double rooms can be booked as single occupancy (DE).

The rooms with direct access to the communal pool are located in the separate building and offer the same amenities as the double rooms with a terrace. Available for children aged 6 and above (SWD). Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased risk to young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen has a minimum age of 6 years for bookings of these room types.

These rooms are identical to the double rooms and are located in a less desirable area (SSZ).

Located in the main building, these rooms have similar amenities and consist of a bedroom and a living room with two LED satellite TVs, two sofa beds, and a connecting door, two bathrooms, and offer land or partial sea view (at the hotel's discretion) (DF2).

The spacious rooms are located in the main building and feature a Jacuzzi bathtub and 2 LED TVs (J2S).

With the same amenities as the Junior Suites, the Suites feature a bedroom and a living room with two sofa beds and a connecting door, two LED satellite TVs, a dining table, two bathrooms, and are located in the main or separate building (S2). Sea view can be booked at an additional charge (S2M).

More spacious than the double rooms, located in the main building with a double bed and two sofa beds, as well as land view (D2X).

Buffet-style breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. Some imported beverages, local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Your minibar will be stocked daily with mineral water and soft drinks. Appropriate attire is requested for dinner. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
