The luxurious hotel is built in a modern style and is located directly on the steep, sloping pebble/sand beach of Karaburun. Various shopping and entertainment options are available nearby. By taxi or public minibuses, you can reach Alanya, approximately 33 km away, as well as Side, approximately 27 km away, and Manavgat, 24 km away. Antalya International Airport is approximately 90 km away.

The total of 290 rooms are spread across six floors (four elevators available) in the interestingly designed building. The hotel offers a spacious reception area with a reception desk and lobby bar.
