The holiday hotel is located about 300 m from the wide, expansive sandy beach. Due to its location directly on Kumköy Street, good taxi and public minibus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The well-known holiday hotel has a total of 404 rooms, spread across the five-story main building (lifts available) and two three-story annex buildings. Amenities include a spacious reception hall with seating areas and a lobby bar, a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (included once per stay in one, with prior reservation and subject to availability), several bars, and an attractive wellness area (heated according to weather conditions) and the indoor pool. Various shops and a hairdresser are available for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the beautiful garden area, in summer, besides the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there are also two large freshwater swimming pools with a total of two separate children's pools, another pool with two water slides (operates on an hourly basis), a pool/snackbar, and the sun terrace. Here and at the hotel's own beach section (with beach bar), sun loungers, umbrellas, bath towels, and mattresses by the pool and on the beach are available free of charge.

The attractively designed rooms in light colors are equipped with a shower/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), direct dial telephone, minibar, LCD satellite TV, safe, tiled or laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD). DZ=EZ for single use (DE/PDE).

Are identical to the double rooms and are located on the ground floor in a less preferred location (street side SSZ).

With the same amenities as the family rooms, the second bedroom has bunk beds (D2X).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, they offer an additional bedroom separated by a connecting door, a second LCD TV and a second air conditioning, as well as laminate flooring (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, ice cream, and snacks at the snack and beach bar (seasonal), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10 AM to 12 AM at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water. Wearing an All-Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Drinks after 12 AM, all imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, and Turkish coffee.

Table tennis, darts, and a small fitness room, bocce, water aerobics, stretching, air rifle shooting, beach volleyball, and water polo.

During summer, a multilingual mini-club for children aged 4 to 11 is available for a few hours, with a mini-disco and a children's playground. Rental of strollers (subject to availability).

Turkish bath is included. Sauna, massages, and all other treatments in the wellness area are subject to a fee.

Telephone and fax charges, babysitting, laundry, and doctor services are available for a fee.

Daytime entertainment with sports and games (soft), evening shows.
