The well-maintained holiday hotel is located about 600 m from the long sandy beach of the Kumköy holiday region. A shuttle bus is available daily free of charge. The center of Kumköy can be reached in a few minutes' walk, and the picturesque old town of Side is about 5 km away. Public minibus connections are available on the main road.

Your cozy holiday accommodation offers 51 rooms spread across the main building with four floors and a lift, and the annex building with three floors (without a lift). Amenities for a relaxing holiday include a spacious reception area with a reception desk, inviting seating areas, Wi-Fi included, the main restaurant with a terrace and a bar, as well as a small wellness area. The well-kept outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, sun terrace, and a pool/snack bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's own beach section with a beach bar.
