The holiday domicile is separated from the sand/shingle beach only by the coastal road; a pedestrian underpass is available. The lively center of Alanya with its many shopping and entertainment options is approx. 3 km away; public transport is available. The Gazipasa airport is approx. 40 km away.

The hotel has 320 rooms spread over seven floors. The interior includes a lobby with comfortable seating areas and a lobby bar, where Wi-Fi is included (also in the rooms), a reception, a buffet restaurant with terrace, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), cinema, patisserie, and nightclub. Conference rooms, a game hall, hairdresser, mini-market, and some shops as well as an internet corner are all available for a fee. An indoor pool (open in the winter season) and a spa center round off the interior facilities. Outdoors, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool, another pool with three water slides (available by the hour), and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, and parasols are available free of charge at the beach, on the pier, and by the pool.

The elegantly furnished rooms consist of one room and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), safe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, LCD satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, ceramic floor, and balcony (summer D/winter CB2). DR=SR for single occupancy (summer DE/winter CB1).

These offer the same facilities as the double rooms but are without a balcony and are in a slightly less desirable location (summer DO/winter CL2). SR=DR for single occupancy (summer DEO/winter CL1).

With similar facilities to the double rooms but slightly more spacious, they have a bunk bed for the children, which is visually separated by a partition (summer DF2/winter 2FA).

With the same facility elements as the double rooms, the family suites offer two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, bathroom, and each with an LCD satellite TV (summer 2FS/winter 2FI). For summer, family suites with sea view are bookable for an extra charge (2FM).

Generally corresponds to the most affordable room category. Location, size, and facilities may differ from the standard double rooms; these may be located in the main or annex buildings. Preferences regarding facilities and location cannot be accepted. The assignment of the rooms is exclusively the responsibility of the local hotelier.
