The friendly holiday accommodation is located in the Side-Kumkoy district, approx. 700 m from the long sandy beach, separated by Kumkoy Street. A free shuttle service runs several times a day to the hotel's own beach section, approx. 1.3 km away. Side, with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities, can be reached after approx. 2 km; public minibus connections and taxis are available.

The holiday hotel, popular with German holidaymakers, offers a total of 172 rooms spread across the main building, each with four floors. A welcoming reception area with seating groups, lobby bar, and satellite TV are available, as are lifts, the buffet restaurant with terrace and service bar, and an à la carte restaurant (once per stay of at least 7 nights with reservation and subject to availability, included). Several shops, a hairdresser, and the small wellness area are available for a fee. Wi-Fi (up to 1 Mbps) is included in the complex and in the rooms. The very well-maintained outdoor area features two freshwater swimming pools, one with a water slide (hourly) and a separate children's pool. Sun terraces and the pool bar complete the offer. Sun loungers, mattresses, bath towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge by the pool and at the hotel's own beach section.

The rooms, decorated in light colors, are located in the main building and offer a bath/WC with an integrated shower, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD TV with music channel, minibar, kettle and coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (individually adjustable), a safe for a fee, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). Double room for single use (DE).

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in less favorable positions (SSZ).

These rooms are located in the main building with a shower/WC and an integrated shower, and otherwise offer similar amenities to the double rooms, with two bedrooms connected by a door and laminate flooring (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, with coffee/tea and various snacks and pastries in the afternoon, as well as a midnight soup. Turkish coffee, selected cocktails, and ice cream (8:30 PM - 9:00 PM from May 1st - October 31st). Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10 AM to 12 AM. Your minibar will be refilled with one bottle of water daily.

Freshly squeezed fruit juices, all food and drinks at the beach bar.

Table tennis, darts, volleyball (hotel sand court), fitness room, aerobics, bocce, water aerobics, and water polo.

Billiards and bicycle rental.

Daytime mini club for children aged 4 to 12, operating for a few hours, and a playground. Baby cots available upon request.
