The holiday hotel is located on a quiet side street, about 70m from the sand/pebble beach; the coastal road needs to be crossed. The center of Alanya with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is about 3 km away, public transport is available nearby. Gazipasa Airport is approx. 40.8 km away.

The holiday accommodation offers a total of 213 rooms, spread across four buildings, each with 5 floors. Amenities include the lobby with reception, elevators in both buildings, attractive seating areas, internet terminal and lobby bar, as well as the main restaurant with terrace, another bar, various shops, and a meeting room. Wi-Fi is included in the hotel buildings; a computer with internet is available free of charge in the lobby (subject to availability). The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and a sun terrace with a pool/snack bar.
