Location
The hotel is located in the heart of Kumkoy, about 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and approx. 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal resort for adults.
Facilities
The appealingly designed holiday resort has 322 rooms. Among the various amenities are the spacious lobby with a reception where you will be welcomed with a welcome drink upon arrival and comfortable seating areas as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à-la-carte restaurants (included once a week with prior reservation and subject to availability), other bars and a well-equipped wellness area. The beautifully landscaped garden area features a spacious pool landscape with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's private beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

Comfort Room
These are double rooms with partial sea view, located in the main or annex building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 PM, DK2/from Sun 26: DKO). Double room for single use (DK1).
Super Saver Room
These are identical to the double rooms in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or annex building facing the street (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up
These comfortably furnished rooms are located in the annex building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar, tiled flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and a parasol with direct pool access (PZ2). Double room for single use (PZ1).
Suite

All Inclusive
Ultra All Inclusive
Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late risers' breakfast, snacks during the day, as well as coffee/tea and pastries, ice cream hour at specific times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Wellness
