The hotel is located in Titreyengöl, directly on the hotel's own sandy/pebble beach, approximately 160 m long. The beach has been awarded the Blue Flag. The ancient city of Side is about 6 km away. Antalya Airport is approximately 70 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available directly in front of the hotel.

The family-friendly resort covers approximately 100,000 m² and has 366 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow annexes. The hotel offers a reception, lobby with a lobby bar and seating area, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. The main restaurant features a separate children's restaurant, an open buffet, and six theme nights. Additionally, there are several à la carte restaurants (open on different days of the week, with children's menus, some included twice a week, requiring reservation and subject to availability). The extensive facilities also include several bars, a patisserie, conference rooms, and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There are also various shops and a hairdresser (both available for a fee). The well-maintained and spacious outdoor area includes an amphitheater, two large freshwater swimming pools with a pool bar, an aquapark with four water slides (three for ages 5+, two for ages 12+) and a lazy river (seasonal, for guests aged 12+, two slides and a lazy river are available), as well as two separate children's pools and sun terraces. Sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach with a beach bar/snack bar.

The modernly furnished double rooms are located in the main building and feature a double bed or two single beds, air conditioning (centrally controlled), shower/WC, hairdryer, slippers and bathrobe, minibar, coffee/tea setup, direct dial telephone, safe, satellite TV, parquet flooring, and a balcony or terrace (DA). Double room for single use (DEA).

Bei ebenfalls gleicher Ausstattung wie die Doppelzimmer Typ A liegen sie im Bungalowgebäude. Verfügen über ein Doppel- oder zwei Einzelbetten und bieten Balkon oder Terrasse (B2A). Auch als DZ=EZ zur Alleinbenutzung buchbar (B1A). Zu etwas günstigeren Konditionen und einer Mindestbelegung von 2+2 unter Bungalow Typ B (B2B) und Typ C buchbar (BT2).

Im Haupthaus gelegen und bei ähnlicher Ausstattung wie die Doppelzimmer Typ A bestehen die Familienzimmer aus zwei Zimmern (ein Doppel- und zwei Einzelbetten), welche durch eine Glastür getrennt sind (DF2).

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser's breakfast, various snacks during the day. Ice cream service from May 1st at specific times, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie, and midnight snacks. Various local non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are included 24 hours a day at the open bars and from 11:30 PM to 2 AM in the disco lounge. Your minibar is replenished daily with still water, two beers, and soft drinks.

Imported drinks, freshly squeezed fruit juices, bottled drinks, and energy drinks. Beach gazebos and visits to some à la carte restaurants.
