The luxury hotel is located directly on the long sandy beach (partially rocky areas in the sea) of Kumköy. The town of Side with its many shopping and entertainment facilities is approximately 5 km away and easily accessible by taxi or public minibus.

The Kirman Group hotel complex offers a total of 436 rooms spread across five floors with elevators. Amenities include an elegant reception hall with a seating area and lobby; Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, and a game hall is included at certain times. There is a buffet restaurant, various à la carte restaurants (reservations required for one complimentary meal per stay of 7 nights at a hotel-designated restaurant, additional visits incur a fee) and a disco (on specific days). Several shops and a mini-market are available (for a fee). A wellness area and an indoor pool with a separate children's pool (seasonal). In the garden area, you'll find the amphitheater for evening entertainment, a freshwater swimming pool with three water slides and a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests at the pools and on the beach.

The tastefully furnished rooms, approx. 28 sqm, feature a French bed and a sofa, offering a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, minibar, air conditioning (hourly, central), laminate and tiled flooring, and a balcony (D). Rooms with sea view are available for an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM). Rooms with a terrace and whirlpool are available for an additional charge (DT2).

With similar amenities to the double rooms, these rooms consist of two separate bedrooms with a connecting door, one bathroom/WC, and are approximately 38 sqm. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms have an LCD satellite TV and air conditioning, which is controlled centrally on an hourly basis (DF2). Sea view is available for an additional charge (F2M).

With similar amenities to the family rooms, these rooms additionally feature a terrace and a whirlpool (FT2).

Enjoy rich buffets for breakfast, late riser's breakfast, and dinner. Lunch is available at the snack restaurant and, during high season, in the main restaurant. Throughout the day, tea/coffee/pastries and a midnight snack are offered. Various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included 24 hours a day at the open bars, including some imported drinks in Summer '23. The premium minibar includes a bottle of beer, malt, 37.5 cl red wine, 20 cl imported whisky, Nescafe Express Cold Coffee, soda, chocolate, Sprite, a can of cola, Fanta, iced tea, orange and cherry juice, water, chips, and chocolate on the day of arrival. Subsequent refills include beer, malt, water, and non-alcoholic beverages.

One tennis court, rental of tennis equipment, beach volleyball, basketball, mini football, water polo, table tennis, darts, aerobics, water aerobics, step aerobics, Zumba, bocce, bowling, billiards, table football, and a fitness room.

From April 1st to November 26th, a kids' club is available daily for children aged 4-12, with a maxi club for teenagers aged 13-16 at certain times, a mini disco, mini cinema, and playground.

Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and other treatments are available for a fee.

Telephone and fax charges, laundry service, and room service between 12 AM and 6 AM are subject to a fee.

Daily evening shows in the amphitheater, daytime animation with games and sports, occasional beach, pool, and garden parties, gala evenings, and live music.
