The beachfront hotel is located in Tosmur, separated from the private sandy/pebble beach (bathing shoes recommended due to some rocky areas) only by an underpass. Various entertainment options are nearby.

The hotel has 164 rooms spread across 6 floors. The interior includes a lobby, a reception, a lobby bar, 2 elevators, a mini-market and a shop (both for a fee) as well as Wi-Fi (in public areas and rooms) and a hairdresser (for a fee). Facilities also include a patisserie, a main restaurant and an à la carte restaurant (included once for stays of 7 days or more). A snack bar also offers light meals. In the outdoor area, there is a pool, a whirlpool, and a pool bar (seasonal). Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are available free of charge at the beach with the hotel's own jetty, which is easily accessible via an underpass (jetty usable from May to November), and by the pool. The indoor pool is heated in winter depending on the weather and is not open in summer.
