The hotel is located directly in the center of Alanya, about 600 m from the public beach and about 850 m from the famous Cleopatra Beach (shuttle service to the beach available during high season). Gazipasa Airport is approx. 40 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 130 km away.

The hotel has 105 rooms spread over 4 floors with an elevator. The interior includes a reception area with seating and a buffet restaurant. Wi-Fi is included. Outside, there is a freshwater swimming pool with an integrated children's pool and a water slide. Sun loungers, cushions, and umbrellas are included here; they are available for a fee on the beach.

The functionally furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (individually adjustable), rental safe, minibar (for a fee), satellite TV, direct dial telephone, laminate or tiled floor, and a balcony. Double room = single room for single use.

These rooms have the same features as the standard rooms but are located in less desirable areas. Double room = single room for single use.

These rooms have the same features as the double rooms, plus an additional living/sleeping area separated by a connecting door, and tiled floors.

All Inclusive
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style, with coffee/tea and pastries available in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the bars that are open at the time.

Not included in All Inclusive
Imported drinks, fresh fruit juice, minibar, sun loungers, cushions, umbrellas, as well as food and drinks on the beach (seasonal), laundry, telephone, and fax charges.

Buffet breakfast, served on a plate if occupancy is low.
