The hotel, newly opened in summer 2021, is located in Side/Kızılot directly on the extensive pebble/sand beach. Okurcalar is approx. 10 km away, and Antalya Airport is approx. 100 km away. Taxis and public minibus services are available in front of the hotel.

Your stylish holiday hotel is built on a 9500 m² site and has 388 rooms spread across nine floors (lifts available). The various hotel facilities include an elegant lobby with reception, lobby bar and inviting seating areas, the buffet restaurant, a discotheque (open-air), à la carte restaurants (with reservation and for a fee), and an indoor pool (open seasonally) with a separate children's pool. Conference room, various shops, and hairdresser for a fee. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. The outdoor area features an aquapark with 4 water slides (hourly) and a pool with a separate children's pool (hourly). Sunshades, loungers, and beach towels are available free of charge at the beach and pool, each with bars.

The elegant rooms offer a shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning (centrally controlled), LCD TV with music channel, safe, coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony, some of which have a view of the neighboring hotel (D). Rooms with sea and river view can be booked at an additional cost (DA). Double room for single use (DE/DEA).

These rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly more spacious. Some have a view of the neighboring hotel (SR3). Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional cost (SM3).

The suites with a breathtaking sea view feature a queen-size bed, a seating area, a balcony, and a bathroom. Our special privileges, VIP-level amenities, and services for suite guests include: A 70cl bottle of Chivas Regal 12-year-old whisky service in the room on the day of arrival. Fruit platter & wine on arrival day and daily fruit service in the room, twice free use of the à la carte restaurant (with a minimum stay of 7 nights), Expressso machine and tea/coffee set in the room, daily cookie service, minibar is replenished daily with 2 beers, 2 Cokes, 2 Fanta, and 2 bottles of mineral water. Turndown service (preparing the room before bedtime), use of the pavilion for the entire holiday, late check-out (if possible), 25% discount on the list price of spa services. ALARCHA SUITE services are provided for a minimum stay of 3 nights (S2M).
