Directly on the long sandy beach of Kumköy. The ancient city of Side is approx. 5 km away and Manavgat city center approx. 12 km. Taxis and public mini-bus connections are available in front of the hotel.

The well-maintained hotel complex, with a total of 671 rooms, consists of a five-story main building with several elevators and an annex building, also five-story and with elevators. Your hotel has a tastefully designed lobby with reception and seating areas, a buffet restaurant, several bars, a disco, various à la carte restaurants (open six days a week, from June 15th to September 15th, once a week one with prior reservation and subject to availability included), an à la carte snack bar (open 9:30 PM - 7 AM and included), TV room, disco, indoor pool, and for a fee, various shops and a hairdresser. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. In the spacious garden, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a children's pool and water slides for children, three water slides for adults, and on the beach, there is a relaxation pool and a separate children's pool with sun terraces, loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (included once a day).

The friendly furnished rooms, located in the main building, are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (central, hourly), mini-fridge, LCD satellite TV with music channel, safe, laminate flooring, and balcony (D). Type A can only be booked for 2+2 occupants. Rooms with sea view can be booked at an additional charge (DM). Double room for single use (DE/DEM).

In the main building, same amenities as double rooms, slightly larger, with a bunk bed and visual separation (D2X).

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, they consist of one bedroom and a combined living/sleeping area with a connecting door (the living area has a sofa bed for the third person, and an extra bed can be provided upon request for the fourth person) and are located in the annex building facing the pool (YF2).

With the same amenities and size as the double rooms, available in limited numbers at more favorable rates for 2+2 occupants (DA).

Ultra All Inclusive

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet, late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, coffee/cake in the afternoon, ice cream at various times during the day, and midnight snacks (until 1 AM). Various local and some selected international alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 AM to 12 AM and in the disco from 11:30 PM to 1 AM. The minibar is replenished daily with water, mineral water, and soft drinks.
