Facilities
The newly opened complex is built on an area of approx. 24,000 m² and has 297 rooms spread across a 7-story building and a 4-story building. Amenities include a lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. For culinary delights, there is a main restaurant with a terrace area and two A la Carte restaurants (one available with reservation included, subject to availability), various bars (one of which is open 24 hours), a food court, and a beach restaurant. An indoor pool (heated depending on season and weather conditions). A well-equipped spa area, various shops, and a hairdresser (each for a fee). Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex and in the rooms. The outdoor area features a Mega Splash Aqua Park with 14 water slides, a main pool (heated/cooled depending on season), a Maldives Pool (with white sand, 468 m²), an outdoor pool in Block A and one in Block B, a shallow swimming pool, and a children's pool. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included in the hotel complex and on the beach.

Deluxe Double Room
The rooms are approx. 23 m² and consist of a double bed and a daybed (90 cm x 190 cm), shower/WC, bath amenities, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled from the room), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, make-up mirror, wood-look ceramic flooring, and a balcony with land view (DLB). Rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (DPE). Single use of double room possible (DLE/DPE).

Deluxe Family Room
With similar amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, these rooms (approx. 47 m²) have two rooms with a connecting door, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (without daybed), and two balconies (2DF).

Deluxe Superior Double Room
These rooms are similarly equipped as the Deluxe Double Rooms, but are significantly more spacious (approx. 41 m²) and feature a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa (UD2).
Deluxe Family Room Swim-up
These rooms (approx. 57 m²) are similarly equipped as the Deluxe Double Rooms and consist of two rooms connected by a door: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds (an extra bed is available), and two pool access doors (FSU).
Deluxe Swim-up
The rooms are approx. 23 m² and consist of a double bed and a daybed (90 cm x 190 cm), shower/WC, bath amenities, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled from the room), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, make-up mirror, wood-look ceramic flooring, and direct access to the pool (depth 140 cm) from the room's terrace (DWU). Single use of double room possible (DWU1).
Deluxe Double Room Type B
The rooms are approx. 23 m² and consist of a double bed and a daybed (90 cm x 190 cm), shower/WC, bath amenities, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled from the room), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, make-up mirror, wood-look ceramic flooring, and direct access to the shallow pool (approx. 30 cm deep) from the room's terrace (DDB). Single use of double room possible (EDB).
Deluxe Family Room Duplex
The rooms are approx. 39 m² and consist of two rooms on 2 floors with stairs, featuring a double bed and two single beds, shower/WC, bath amenities, minibar, coffee/tea setup, air conditioning (centrally controlled from the room), direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV, safe, make-up mirror, wood-look ceramic flooring, and a balcony (DUF).
AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type A
The Deluxe Double Rooms Type A (approx. 26m²) offer special luxury with a Jacuzzi on the balcony (DDA).
AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type B
The Deluxe Double Rooms Type B (approx. 29m²) have direct access to the pool and a terrace with two sun loungers (DDB).
AYTD31: Deluxe Single Room
These rooms are smaller than the Deluxe Double Rooms with otherwise identical amenities (1DD).

AYTD31: Deluxe Double Room Type C
The Deluxe Double Rooms Type C are similar in amenities to the Deluxe Double Rooms, but additionally offer a private pool with a depth of 30cm (DDC).
