The modern resort hotel is located directly on the sandy beach in Turgutreis, on the Bodrum Peninsula. Turgutreis town center is approx. 1.1 km away, Bodrum is approx. 22 km away, and Bodrum/Milas Airport is 55 km away. Public bus connections and taxis are available nearby.

The spacious holiday complex consists of two buildings and offers a total of 299 rooms. Amenities for a relaxing stay include a modern reception area with a lobby bar, comfortable seating areas, the main restaurant with a terrace overlooking the sea, two à la carte restaurants (fish and Turkish), additional bars, a satellite TV lounge, disco, various shops, a conference room, a hairdresser, a beautiful indoor pool with a separate children's pool, and a well-equipped wellness area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden, besides the amphitheater for evening entertainment, there is also the main pool with a separate children's pool, a relaxation pool, and another pool with two water slides (operating at specific hours), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar. Here, loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels (with a beach towel card) are included on the hotel's own beach and jetty.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from varied buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks throughout the day, ice cream (during specific hours), coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon, and a midnight buffet. You can also dine once per stay at one of the à la carte restaurants upon reservation and availability. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as some imported drinks, are available at the open bars 24 hours a day, and in the disco from 00:00 to 02:00. Your minibar will be stocked with water and soft drinks upon arrival.
