The Hotel Neptun Beach, popular with German guests, is separated from the beautiful beach only by the promenade. The center of Sunny Beach can be reached in approx. 100 m. Several restaurants as well as shopping and entertainment facilities are located in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is about 200 m away. The transfer from Burgas Airport to the hotel takes about 40 minutes (approx. 30 km).

This modern hotel has a main building and an adjacent building connected to the main building, with a total of 334 rooms on 7 floors. The reception hall offers a 24-hour reception, lobby bar, elevator, and air conditioning. A main restaurant (buffet) and an à la carte restaurant with national and international cuisine ensure culinary enjoyment. In the beautiful garden area, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the hotel's own beach area (from June 1st to September 30th) (subject to availability). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The Superior Double Rooms (approx. 26-30 m²) are located in the main building and consist of a combined living/sleeping area with a double bed or 2 spacious single beds. Further amenities include a seating area with a table, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, carpet, tea/coffee maker, air conditioning, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), cable TV, telephone, and a furnished balcony with a land view. The Double Rooms (approx. 18-20 m²) are located in the adjacent building and are equipped with carpet, shower/WC, hairdryer, 2 single beds, a sofa bed, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, and a furnished balcony facing the land side. The Junior Suites (approx. 31-35 m²) are located in the main building and, with otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, have a park view and an additional sofa bed. Also available with sea view at an extra charge. (JS2, J2M)

The 1-bedroom apartments (approx. 41-45 m²) are located in the main building and, with otherwise identical amenities to the Superior Double Rooms, consist of a combined living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom. (A12)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner served buffet-style. Late riser's breakfast until approx. 11 am. Dinner once per stay in the à la carte restaurant (reservation required and subject to availability). Drinks at the open bars from approx. 10 am to 11 pm. Snacks from approx. 11 am to 2:30 pm. Coffee/tea and pastries from approx. 3 pm to 5 pm.
At the pool bar, all drink offers are included in the All-Inclusive concept until approx. 11 pm, after which they are subject to a charge.
