This hotel, which is particularly popular with families, is located directly on the long beach in the northern part of Sunny Beach and is only separated from the beach by the promenade. Shopping and entertainment options are located approx. 500 m away. Burgas Airport is approx. 30 km away and the transfer takes approx. 40 minutes.

The spacious hotel complex has 633 rooms, which are distributed over a main building (3 floors without elevator) and a premium building (elevator available). It offers its guests a reception, elevator (only in the premium building), bars, a main buffet restaurant, and an additional 3 à la carte restaurants (for a fee and by reservation), as well as a snack bar. The well-maintained grounds include 2 swimming pools with a sun terrace and pool bar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool towels are included at the pool and on the beach (2 loungers and 1 umbrella/room, subject to availability).
The hotel has its own splash pool & aquapark; the slides are open hourly and weather-permitting under supervision. There are slides for adults and separate slides for children (only permitted for a minimum height of 130 cm and 35 kg. Lifeguard on site).

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 24-26 m²) feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, safe (included), two single beds or one double bed, refrigerator/minibar (water, soft drinks, beer restocked daily), coffee/tea maker, and a balcony.
Optionally available for single use, on the pool side, or with pool view.
Super saver rooms have limited availability with the same amenities as double rooms and a special price.
All rooms are located in the main building.

The single rooms (approx. 15 m²) are slightly smaller than the double rooms, with otherwise identical equipment, and are also located in the main building.

The family rooms (approx. 28 m²) are slightly more spacious than the double rooms, with otherwise identical equipment, and additionally have an optically separated sleeping area (one double bed and one bunk bed for the children).

The family suites (approx. 39 m²) consist of two bedrooms with an open passage (no partition door) and variable 1 or 2 bathrooms (with shower/WC), with otherwise identical equipment as the double rooms.

The Premium double rooms (approx. 24-26 m²) are located in the premium building and feature modern and comfortable furnishings with 2 single beds or one double bed, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, coffee/tea maker, air conditioning, TV, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), and a furnished balcony.
Premium double rooms with pool view or sea view as well as for single use can be booked at an additional cost.

Extensive breakfast buffet from approx. 7:30-10:00, lunch from approx. 12:30-14:30 and dinner from approx. 18:00-21:00 in the main restaurant, each with show cooking, salads, soups, ice cream, fruit, and an extensive buffet selection.
Dinner can also optionally be taken for an additional charge in one of the à la carte theme restaurants (Italian, Asian) from approx. 18:30-22:30 (reservation required, open June-September). For a minimum stay of 5 nights, one dinner in one of the à la carte theme restaurants is included (reservation required).

In all restaurants, guests are asked to dress neatly in the evening (smart casual); swimwear, flip-flops, or sleeveless shirts/tops, and sportswear are not permitted.
Check-in after 14:00 and check-out until 11:00. The UAI (Ultra All Inclusive) program starts on the day of arrival with lunch and ends on the day of departure with breakfast.
