The hotel, popular with regular guests, is situated above the sea and boasts a family-friendly atmosphere. From the panoramic lift, you have views of the sea and the old town. The hotel is separated from the public sandy beach only by a promenade, and Sozopol's old town is just about a 10-minute walk away. Numerous small restaurants, as well as shopping and entertainment facilities, are located in the immediate vicinity. The transfer time from Burgas Airport is approximately 1 hour.

The family-run 4-star hotel "Villa List" has a main building with 7 floors, various residential buildings, and a total of 160 units.
The bright and spacious lobby offers a reception (24h), a panoramic lift, a luggage room, a currency exchange, and a cozy lobby bar with a wonderful view of the old town. The beautiful outdoor area with a garden features a sunbathing lawn, a swimming pool (freshwater), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool bar with a snack bar. Main restaurant with a sunny outdoor terrace. Further facilities include a casino (access for 18+), a hairdresser, a beauty salon, a library, and a TV corner.

The Double Rooms (approx. 18m²) are equipped with a bath/WC or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed, extra bed, air conditioning, heating, tiled floor, desk, minibar (refilled daily for a fee), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, rental safe, and a furnished balcony facing the land side (non-smoking rooms). Available for single use and single/child occupancy at an extra charge, also bookable with sea view (D, DM DE, D1K).

Superior Double Rooms are located in a newer building section and are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, heating, tiled floor, desk, minibar (refilled daily for a fee), telephone, Wi-Fi (included), satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace with seating facing the land side (non-smoking rooms). The Single Rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, are slightly smaller. (E)

The Super Saver Rooms, with otherwise identical amenities to the Double Rooms, have a limited quota, a special price, and may be located in a less desirable position. (SSZ)

All meals served buffet-style in the main restaurant with international and local cuisine, fish/grill dishes, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, salads, main courses, soups, desserts, and fruit.
Breakfast (approx. 7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), continental late riser breakfast (approx. 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM), lunch (approx. 12:30 PM - 3:00 PM), snacks such as sandwiches, pastries, and ice cream in the main restaurant (approx. 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM), and dinner (approx. 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM).
Selected local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and hot drinks from approx. 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM at the lobby bar and from approx. 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM at the pool bar, as well as during meals.
