The 5-star adults-only hotel (bookable from 16 years of age) offers a total of 275 rooms, which are distributed across various buildings. In addition to a lobby with a 24-hour reception, the hotel features a main restaurant as well as two à-la-carte restaurants, the "Rea Lobby Bar", "Olea Beach & Snack Bar", "Serenity Pool & Snack Bar" as well as the "Ouranos Rooftop Cocktail Bar" (for a fee), a fitness center, and a spa area. Wi-Fi is included throughout the entire complex.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there are two infinity swimming pools. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge by the pool.

All rooms feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, safe, minibar (daily refill), coffee/tea station, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the garden and the olive groves (DSU).
Also available for single occupancy (DSE), with partial sea view (D2S/1SD), or direct sea view (DMU/DME).

In addition to the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, these feature direct access to the sharing pool (P2H).

Rich breakfast from 7:00-10:30, lunch from 12:30-14:30 and dinner from 18:30-21:30 with theme nights, as well as midnight snacks from 0:00-7:00, all served buffet-style in the "Zoe Main Restaurant".
Light early-bird breakfast from 6:00-7:00 and continental late-riser breakfast from 10:30-11:00.
Alternatively, dinner is also included à la carte once per week in the "Olea Speciality Restaurant" (reservation required).
Snacks are provided at the pool bar from 10:00-17:00.
Drinks are available from 10:00-0:00 at the currently open bar.
A selection of vegan products and dishes is offered (request before arrival is mandatory).
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants.

The "Ouranos Rooftop Restaurant" and the "Ouranos Rooftop Cocktail Bar" are not part of the All Inclusive program.
