The family-run Hotel Iolida Beach is located directly on the sandy beach of Agia Marina. The center of Platanias is approx. 1.5 km from the hotel, and Chania, with its picturesque old town and numerous shopping opportunities, is approx. 8 km away. Chania International Airport is approx. 22 km away, and Heraklion International Airport is approx. 160 km away. A bus stop is within walking distance, reachable in approx. 100 m.

The hotel consists of an older building part located directly by the sea and a newer area in the second row from the beach on the other side of the coastal road. Both parts of the hotel are connected by a bridge and are divided into a total of three buildings with 139 rooms. The complex features a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, an elevator, a supermarket, and two restaurants. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there are two freshwater swimming pools with a sun terrace and two pool bars. Sun loungers and parasols are available for guests at the pools free of charge and on the beach for a fee. Pool towels can be rented for a fee. Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all areas of the hotel.

The studios feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, kitchenette, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, rental safe, satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace; they are located in the annex building in the second row from the beach on the other side of the coastal road (S12).
Optionally, the studios can be booked with a sea view for the same amenities (SM2).

With the same amenities as the studios, the apartments have an additional bedroom separated by a sliding door and are slightly larger (A12).

Breakfast (7:30-10:45 AM) in the "Marina-Restaurant", lunch (12:30-2:45 PM), and dinner (6:30-9:15 PM) in buffet style in the "Bridge Restaurant".

Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included at the respective open bars from 10 AM-11 PM.
Gluten-free, lactose-free, and vegetarian meals as well as dietetic dishes are offered upon request.
Appropriate attire is requested.

Bottled water and beer, freshly squeezed juices, imported drinks, espresso (after breakfast), cappuccino, sorbet, and branded ice cream.
