With the same amenities as the Superior Suites, these offer two queen-size beds (2FF).

Equipped like the Superior Suites with a king-size bed, these also offer Privileged amenities, 24-hour room service, a 10% discount at the Alegria Spa Center (reservation required), bathrobe and slippers, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the exclusive BLoved restaurant, an exclusive beach area, etc. (XPS).

The suites are equipped with a king-size bed and two queen beds with a furnished terrace and include the Privileged Service: 24-hour room service, 10% discount at the Alegria Spa Center (reservation required), bathrobe and slippers, breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the exclusive BLoved restaurant, exclusive beach area, etc. (GFD). In the Caribbean, most rooms are equipped with two queen-size beds (approx. 1.40 x 2m). For occupancy of 2 adults + 1/2 children/3 adults, no extra beds will be placed in the room, meaning occupancy is 2 people per bed, even if extra beds are listed on the confirmation!

A tourism tax came into force on April 1, 2021, and currently amounts to a one-time payment of 224 Mexican Pesos or approximately 11 US Dollars per person, regardless of the planned duration of stay in the country.

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

When staying between April and December, increased occurrences of seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. The beach and sea are affected by this. The hotel management and local authorities are naturally endeavoring to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with the municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which emits a slight noise.
