The Maxine is located outside the village of Agia Galini with a fantastic view of the bay of Agia Galini. The center is only approx. 800 m away and the sand/pebble beach is approx. 500 m away. Shops, tavernas and bars can be found in the beautiful and quaint fishing village. Heraklion Airport is approx. 90 km away.

The adults-only hotel Maxine (bookable for ages 16 and over) is run with great warmth and a family atmosphere by the hotelier's daughters, Evelina and Katherina. The 55 rooms are spread across 4 buildings. The main hotel building houses the reception (open 18 hours), a cozy lobby, a bar, and a breakfast room or restaurant (renovated) with a fantastic panoramic terrace offering splendid views of the bay of Agia Galini. Furthermore, Maxine offers Wi-Fi in public areas (included). Hammocks in the well-kept garden provide special relaxation. A swimming pool (pool towels available for a deposit) offers refreshment, and a pool/snack bar (renovated) serves drinks (for a fee). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool; at the beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee.

The rooms are bright and cheerfully furnished and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, 32" satellite TV, refrigerator, kettle, coffee/tea station and 2 bottles of water on arrival, balcony and sea view (DM).

The renovated junior suites are equipped like the Superior double rooms, but are more spacious and additionally feature sea view, an espresso machine (daily refill with 2 capsules) and daily provision of a bottle of water in the room (J2M).

The suites with sea view have the same amenities as the junior suites, feature a double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a coffee/tea station with a kettle, are more spacious and designed in an open maisonette style (S2M).
