The hotel is situated on a hill, close to the center of Agia Pelagia, approximately 350m from the sandy beach. Shops and entertainment facilities are in the vicinity. Heraklion Airport is about 25 km away.

The charming complex (Adults-friendly, bookable for ages 14+) features 45 partly renovated rooms, a renovated exterior facade including balcony/terrace glazing, and offers a reception (7 am-11 pm), lobby, lounge with terrace, internet corner, and a main restaurant with terrace. Wi-Fi is included throughout the complex. The well-maintained outdoor area includes 2 swimming pools with sun terrace, a separate children's pool, 2 whirlpools, a pool/snackbar, and a newly built wine bar for 2025. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pools, and available for a fee at the beach. Beach towels are included. Parking spaces at the hotel are also included, subject to availability.
