The hotel is located directly on the pebble beach in the suburb of Koutsounari. The city center of Ierapetra, with its shopping and entertainment venues, is approx. 8 km away. A bus stop is located near the hotel.

The small, family-run hotel has 48 rooms spread across a main building and several bungalow buildings, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a main restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a main bar, a snack bar, a jeweler, a souvenir shop, an internet corner, and a satellite TV room. Outdoors, the swimming pool with a sun terrace invites you to relax. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach. Located on the beach is the "Pelagos" beach restaurant (for a fee), which serves creative Cretan cuisine. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel complex.

The rooms feature a shower/WC, toiletries, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, beach/pool towels, mini-fridge (included), and a furnished balcony or terrace (D/DI).
