The hotel is located directly on the beach, and the town center of Rethymnon with its shopping and entertainment facilities is approximately 3 km away. The distance to Heraklion Airport is about 80 km, and to Chania Airport, it's about 71 km.

The complex offers a total of 54 studios and apartments, providing guests with a reception area with a 24-hour reception, Wi-Fi (included), elevators, a bar, a restaurant, and a lounge with a TV. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge for guests by the pool and on the beach. Beach towels are provided free of charge.

Optionally, they can also be booked with a sea view (SM2).
Maisonette Sea View
With the same amenities as the studios, these also offer sea views and a separate bedroom on the upper floor in a maisonette style (2M).
Studio Outdoor Whirlpool
In addition to the standard studio amenities, these feature a ceiling fan, ironing facilities, a Nespresso machine, a kettle, and a private whirlpool on the balcony or terrace (AST).

Note on climate resilience contribution
For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government has implemented a climate resilience contribution, payable by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and will be tiered from €0.50 to €15 per day per room starting January 1, 2025.
