The Avra Palm Hotel is a small hotel in the south of the island, located directly on the beach of Kakia Skala in Koutsounari. The town of Ierapetra is approximately 9 kilometers away. The international airport of Heraklion is situated about 100 km from the hotel.

The Avra Palm Hotel features 27 rooms and offers its guests a lobby with a reception, Wi-Fi (included), a TV room, a small library, a tavern, and a snack bar. Outdoors, the hotel offers its guests a palm garden and a swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas (included). Furthermore, the hotel has a private beach where loungers and umbrellas are also included. Pool/beach towels are available for a fee, and parking is also available for a fee.

The double rooms are equipped with a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, safe (for a fee), telephone, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace (D).
