The Sultan Bey is located directly on one of El Gouna's many lagoons on a peninsula. The downtown area, along with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, is approximately 300 m away. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, you'll immediately feel the holiday spirit. On the opposite island, Zeytouna, you'll find the beautiful public sandy beach "Zeytouna Beach" (swimming shoes recommended), which can be reached by a free shuttle boat. A 400 m long bathing jetty, the "Zeytouna Pier," facilitates access to deeper water. On "Zeytouna Island," you can use the à la carte restaurant and sports facilities for a fee. The resort is located about 25 km north of Hurghada. Hurghada Airport is approximately 40 km away.

The small and cozy hotel complex is built in a classic Egyptian style. The hotel impresses with both beautiful courtyards and 115 elegantly furnished rooms spread across the main building and several annex buildings. The hotel has an inviting lobby with a reception, comfortable seating areas, and a lobby bar. For your culinary enjoyment, the main restaurant offers a beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the lagoon. In the well-maintained outdoor area, you'll find the swimming pool (heated) with an integrated children's pool, as well as sun terraces and the pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and cushions are included by the pool and at "Zeytouna Beach."

The tastefully furnished double rooms (D) are equipped with air conditioning, safe, satellite TV, telephone, minibar (for a fee), shower/WC with hairdryer, balcony or terrace, and garden view.

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or All-Inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine at participating restaurants in other hotels – at no extra cost for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: 1x for stays of four nights or more, up to 3x for five to seven nights, and up to 4x for eight nights or more. Guests of 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from 3 or 4-star hotels can dine in hotels of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
