The luxurious resort is located directly in the northern part of the Vaavu Atoll. The island is surrounded by a dreamlike white sandy beach and a crystal-clear, turquoise lagoon. The transfer time from the airport in Male is approximately 75 minutes by speedboat. A seaplane transfer (approx. 25 minutes) can be booked for an additional charge.

Your holiday resort promises a stay in a relaxed atmosphere. It features a total of 72 villas, which are located on land and on stilts over the water. Amenities include an open reception area with a front desk and a souvenir shop. Three restaurants and a bar cater to your dining needs. These include the "Iru" main restaurant with international cuisine, the "Washoku" restaurant with Japanese specialties and Teppanyaki, and the "Flame" overwater grill restaurant. For variety and relaxing hours, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, bath towels, and parasols are available free of charge here and on the beach.

The Beach Villas are approx. 62 m² in size and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), tea/coffee maker, and a furnished terrace (2BV). Optionally also bookable on the sunset side (S2V).

With the same amenities as the Beach Villa, the Duplex Water Villa with private pool is larger (approx. 119 m²), two-story, and built on stilts over the lagoon. Additionally, the villas feature a living room as well as a private pool (WXS).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children. Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Extensive breakfast buffet. If half-board is booked, dinner in the main restaurant is included. If full-board is booked, lunch in the main restaurant is also included.

All meals are taken in buffet form in the main restaurant. Selected alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks, juices, beer, house wine, cocktails, and mocktails from 11 a.m. to midnight at the currently open bar. From 5 nights, a three-course dinner in the "Washoku" restaurant is included.

The "Kulhun" Kidsclub offers a varied program for children from 0 to 11 years old and also features a playground.

The "Th-ari by Mandara" Spa offers various massages and treatments for a fee.

Waiting times of 3 hours or more for onward transfer are possible.
There may be 1–2 stopovers during seaplane transfers.
For arrivals/departures outside these times, an overnight stay in Male must be booked in advance. The costs for this are to be borne by the guest. Exceptions are changes due to flight delays, bad weather, or long waiting times at immigration (in such cases, our local agency will take care of a potential overnight stay).
In the Maldives, most rooms are equipped with one or two queen/king-size beds. With an occupancy of 2 adults + 1 or 2 children, there may only be a total of 1 or 2 large beds available. Accordingly, it may happen that with 2 adults + 1 or 2 children in one room, a child must sleep in the parents' bed. Seaplane flights and most boat transfers (depending on the island's location) as well as currently mostly domestic flights are only operated during the daytime. Therefore, an overnight stay in Male may be necessary.

The baggage allowance for seaplanes is 20 kg + 3 kg hand luggage per person. Excess baggage must be paid for on-site (approx. 5 USD per kg). Excess baggage is usually delivered by boat at a later time.

In the Maldives, sinks or even bathtubs/whirlpools can be integrated openly without spatial separation in the general living area of the hotel room.
