The fine, gently sloping sandy beach can be reached via a small path in about 450 m. The center of Cala d'Or is about 2.5 km away, and the nearest bus stop is about 500 m away. There are a few restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The tastefully furnished holiday complex has 205 residential units on 3 floors, a reception area with a 24-hour reception and lobby bar, a buffet restaurant, a snack bar, and a satellite TV corner. In the garden area, there are two freshwater pools, one with an integrated children's pool, an adults-only pool, two sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, and two pool/snack bars.

The cheerfully furnished suites offer a combined living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a sofa bed, telephone, TV, safe (for a fee), kettle, microwave, mini-fridge, bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 40 m², room code: S2).
Also available at an additional charge as a single suite (S1), for single/child occupancy (1SK), or as a suite with sea view (S2M) with additional amenities such as a bathrobe and slippers, free safe, a minibar stocked on arrival, and a capsule coffee machine.

These suites have two separate bedrooms, a sofa bed, kettle, microwave, and mini-fridge, telephone, 2 TVs, a safe for rent (for a fee), a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate WC with shower (room size approx. 70 m², room code: S22).

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
