The Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa in Faliraki is located directly on the sand/pebble beach, which has been awarded the Blue Flag. The resort town of Faliraki, known for its bars and clubs, is approximately 4 km from the hotel. Rhodes Town is about 10 km away, and the airport is approximately 19 km away.

The hotel has 313 rooms, a reception area with a 24-hour reception and lobby, a main restaurant, eight à la carte restaurants (Italian, Greek, Asian and Sushi, Mexican, all requiring reservations, and an ouzeri, burger bar, pita bar, crêperie, and gelateria), six bars (including a wine bar and champagne bar), five elevators, shops, a mini-market, a hairdresser, and an amphitheater. The outdoor area features a large freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a separate children's pool with water slides. There is an elevator to the pool (accessible). Umbrellas and sun loungers are available free of charge on the beach and by the pool. Pool and beach towels are provided free of charge in your room upon arrival.

The Superior Double Rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, safe, TV, coffee/tea maker, Nespresso machine (capsules included), and a balcony or terrace with sea view (DMU).

The Junior Suites have the same amenities as the double rooms but are more spacious and luxuriously furnished. Additionally, the large balcony features a heated outdoor whirlpool and sun loungers with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea (JJ2).

The Family Rooms, with the same amenities as the double rooms, additionally feature a living/sleeping area visually separated by a sliding door. The large balcony offers a side sea view (FS2).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (F2M) or with sea view and private pool (IP2).

The Single Rooms feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, bathrobe, slippers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, minibar, TV, coffee/tea maker, and Nespresso machine (capsules included) (DE).

Ultra All Inclusive
All meals served buffet-style. Daily show cooking. Greek corner at breakfast. Gluten-free, diabetic, vegan, and lactose-free meals are available on request at the location.
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurants.

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice, smoothies, and various coffee specialties from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, served buffet-style.
Lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) with Greek, Mediterranean, and international specialties in buffet style at the main restaurant.
