The hotel is located in the midst of greenery and offers a fantastic sea view throughout the hotel grounds. Parghelia, with a few restaurants and bars, is a few minutes' walk away, and a train station is about 300 m away. The coastal town of Tropea, with its lively center, is about 5 km away, and Lamezia Terme Airport is about 55 km away. The small private stone beach is about 200 m away.

The hotel has 52 rooms. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, a restaurant, a bar, and Wi-Fi (free of charge). In the outdoor area, there is a sun terrace and a pool (May-October). At the pool, 2 sun loungers and 1 umbrella per room are available free of charge. Sun loungers and umbrellas are also available free of charge at the private stone beach.
