The hotel features a spacious lobby with a reception, a lounge, a restaurant, the "Palapa" pool/snack bar, the "Maracaná" sports bar, two additional bars, and a chill-out terrace. In the beautiful tropical garden, there are two swimming pools (one of which can be heated in winter), a new pool with massage jets, a separate children's pool, and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a seating terrace. The new Balance Terrace with a 3-metre cube pool can be used for an additional charge (for ages 18 and up). Selected drinks are included with this booking.

Double Room Deluxe Superior ("Up Room")
Bookable for guests aged 18 and over. These rooms offer the best views/location (primarily on the top floors) and are approx. 30-35 m² in size. They also feature air conditioning, 49" satellite TV, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, mini-fridge, Wi-Fi (included), pillow menu, coffee/tea making facilities and a Nespresso machine (tea & coffee capsules – free replenishment upon request), pool towels and a welcome gift, safe (incl.), technology set with Bluetooth speakers, and a balcony.
Additional services include exclusive access to the "Rooftop UP Terrace" with an infinity pool and two Jacuzzis, and bar service with snacks and drinks from 10 am to 6 pm included (soft drinks, sparkling wine, and beer). Also includes a romantic dinner for two at the "eat and fit" restaurant (minimum stay 7 nights; reservation required), a spa circuit, and one massage per person at the Thalasso Spa (each minimum stay 7 nights; reservation required). Also grants access to the lounge area with a reading zone (national and international newspapers) as well as TV and an internet corner in the business centre (D2U).
Double Room Balance Pool View
Featuring the same amenities as the Double Room Pool View, these rooms offer additional benefits such as free pool towels, bathrobes, slippers, as well as a complimentary safe and a terrace/balcony.
Balance Room guests also receive free access to the exclusive Balance area (ages 18+). This area features its own swimming pool, a refreshment bar with drinks (beer, water, and juices included), and a chill-out zone with a surround-sound system (APD). Also bookable as Type B (PBD).
