Location

The family-friendly hotel is located directly on a beautifully landscaped lagoon stretching 1,500 meters, with its own beach section in El Gouna, north of Hurghada. A shuttle boat transfer (approx. 15 minutes' drive) takes guests to another private island beach on the open sea, the beautiful Zeytouna Beach. A long jetty extends from Zeytouna Beach out into the Red Sea. From there, you can experience the fascinating underwater world while snorkeling. The center of El Gouna is about 350 m away. Hurghada Airport is approximately 25 kilometers away.

The complex, built in a Nubian village style, impresses with a cozy flair, characterized by towers, domes, and arches, and features 434 comfortably furnished rooms spread across several two-story buildings. The resort has a beautiful and inviting reception area with seating and Wi-Fi in all public areas of the complex. The outdoor area features four different swimming pools (fitness pool, sunset pool with two small slides, aqua splash pool with four different water slides, dolphin pool), three of which are heated in winter. Four children's pools are also available for the younger guests, three of which are heated in winter. One of these pools has small slides and water features. Sun loungers, beach towels, and umbrellas are provided free of charge at the pools and on the hotel's private beach. For culinary well-being, there is a main restaurant and four different specialty restaurants, as well as various bars.

Double Room Comfort (DK2)

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 21 m²) have been fully renovated and feature a bathroom with shower/toilet, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, telephone, hairdryer, electric kettle, coffee/tea making facilities, safe, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a balcony or terrace with pool and garden view. Also bookable for single occupancy (DK1).

Premium Room (PR2)

With the same amenities as the double rooms, but more spacious (approx. 28 m²), these rooms offer pool/garden or lagoon views. Also bookable for single occupancy (PR1).

Family Room (DF2)

The cozy family rooms have the same features as the double rooms but are more spacious (approx. 37 m²).

Superior Double Room

The newly bookable Superior rooms (DSU, 28 m²) have been renovated and offer a choice of different views, depending on the room's location in the hotel – either overlooking the garden or the refreshing pool. The rooms are equipped with two different bed types: a generous king-size bed or two single beds, as desired. The rooms feature free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, an electric kettle, and tea and coffee making facilities.
Also bookable for 3 people (TDS) and for single occupancy (DSE).

Superior Plus Double Room

The rooms (DSB) are more spacious (approx. 35 m²) with similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms. The rooms have been renovated and are newly bookable.

The main restaurant "Sunny Restaurant" offers breakfast (7-10 AM), lunch (12-2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30-9 PM) in buffet style. Additionally, the restaurant offers a tea time with various snacks from 4-5 PM. There are also several specialty restaurants: "Greenhouse" with vegan and vegetarian dishes in the morning (7:30-11 AM buffet style), lunch (11 AM-3 PM à la carte for a fee) and in the evening (6-9 PM à la carte for a fee with prior reservation). "Lagoon Lunch" at midday (12-3 PM à la carte). "Dolce Vita" with Italian dishes (6:30-9 PM à la carte) and "Chez Pascal" with a selection of various specialties (6:30-9 PM à la carte for a fee on Fridays). Soft drinks, hot beverages, and local alcoholic drinks are served to guests until midnight at six different bars, including the All-Inclusive Bar, Sunset Bar, Dolphin Bar, Lagoon Bar, Lounge Bar, and Peanuts Bar, which is open until midnight and offers various entertainment and activities. The All-inclusive offer is valid daily until midnight.

Dine Around El Gouna

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine at participating restaurants in other hotels – completely free of charge for the food (drinks excluded).
Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: once for stays of four nights or more, up to 3 times for five to seven nights, and up to 4 times for eight nights or more. Guests from 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from 3 or 4-star hotels can dine at establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
A table reservation through the hotel (ideally by 12 PM on the same day) is recommended.
