Location

The luxurious hotel is located in Hurghada, directly on the coast of the shimmering Red Sea. The gently shelving bathing bay directly in front of the hotel delights guests with a fine sandy beach and an adjacent small harbor. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel complex, there are various shopping and dining options that invite you to explore and linger. The lively center of Hurghada offers further restaurants, bars, and shops and is only approx. 10 km away. It is approx. 8 km to the Hurghada airport.

Facilities

The Continental Hotel Hurghada offers 252 air-conditioned and stylishly furnished rooms. The elegant lobby is equipped with a reception and inviting seating areas. For your dining pleasure, the main restaurant "Palm's Brasserie" as well as the four à-la-carte restaurants "Al Dente" (Italian), "Marina" (grilled specialties), "Al Khalig" Beach Restaurant, and "La Terrace" cater to all tastes. Various bars offer refreshments and snacks for a small bite to eat throughout the day. In the large hotel complex, there is also a small shopping center, a hairdresser with a beauty salon, and a spa center.
In the well-kept outdoor area, there is a large freshwater pool and two children's pools (all can be heated in winter) with a pool bar. Sun loungers, parasols, and bath towels are included at the pool and on the beach.

Accommodation

Double Room Partial Sea View

The comfortable double rooms with partial sea view (DMS), approx. 48 m², feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, coffee/tea maker, safe, telephone, satellite TV, minibar (for a fee), and a balcony, terrace, or floor-to-ceiling windows, and offer a partial view of the sea.
Available at an extra charge with a direct sea view (DM) as well as for single use (DES/DEM).

Double Room Deluxe Sea View

The double rooms Deluxe sea view (DM2) are also 48 m² in size and, with the same furnishings as the double rooms, are located on the fourth or fifth floor and feature a balcony with a fantastic view of the sea.
Also bookable for single use (DM1).

Family Room

The family rooms (DF2) have the same features as the double rooms but are larger (approx. 50 m²) and include an additional sofa bed.
The rooms are located on the second, third, or fourth floor.

The minibar is refilled daily with two bottles of mineral water, three soft drinks, and two juices. The villa consists of a pool suite (with private pool) on the ground floor, and three bedrooms and a terrace on the first floor. The villa offers a view of the sea.
Guests of the villas also enjoy 15-20% discount on spa services, cleaning services, and water sports. In addition, they have the option to have a continental breakfast in the room and the right to an early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access represent an increased safety risk for small children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children booked into these room types.

All Inclusive

Breakfast from 7-10 am, lunch from 1-3 pm, and dinner from 6:30-9 pm (winter) or 7-10 pm (summer) in buffet form at "Palms Brasserie". Late breakfast at the "Captain's Bar" from 10:30 am-12 pm.
For a stay of at least four nights, one dinner per week in the à-la-carte restaurants Al Dente and Marina is included (reservation required).
Snacks, pastries, and ice cream are offered from 3-5 pm.
