Location

Enjoy a relaxing luxury holiday under the Egyptian sun. The luxurious adults-only hotel, belonging to the renowned Steigenberger hotel chain, is situated on an elevation above the bay of Madinat Makadi. The beautiful long sandy beach on the Red Sea is approximately 1 km away (a regular shuttle bus service is included for guests). Hurghada Airport is approximately 30 km away.

Facilities

This particularly elegant adults-only resort (for guests aged 16 and over) offers its guests a total of 83 modern rooms and 10 suites, spread across six floors. The hotel also impresses with an attractive and spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception. There is a restaurant, a golf club, and a bar. The well-maintained outdoor area features a large swimming pool (heated in winter) with a sun terrace. Bath towels, loungers, and sunshades are included by the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The spacious Superior Double Rooms are comfortably furnished (DSU, approx. 46 m²) and feature a bathroom with shower/WC, bathrobe, slippers, bath towels for pool & beach, hairdryer, air conditioning, LCD satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (with All Inclusive, water and soft drinks are free and replenished daily; alcoholic beverages and snacks are subject to a charge), kettle, coffee & tea making facilities, safe (free of charge), and a balcony or terrace.
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEU).
Available for booking from Winter 2023/24 onwards.

Executive Suite Golf View

The Executive Suites Golf View (ES2) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (approx. 82 m²), feature a luxury bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace with a private relaxing pool and whirlpool.

The 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course, designed by John Sanford, is located in Madinat Makadi and offers an inviting environment for golf enthusiasts. Guests of Madinat Makadi have access to a golf school where golf equipment can be rented on-site. A driving range and a clubhouse with a pro shop are also available, all for a fee.
