Located in the popular Madinat Makadi, the resort is approximately 400 meters from Makadi Bay. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea right at your own house reef, which extends almost to the beach. Here, beach holidays can be combined with wellness relaxation. You can unwind in the modern spa. In the nearby Makadi Center, you will find numerous shopping opportunities, or you can choose one of the cozy bars and restaurants. Hurghada Airport is about 35 km away.

The cozy hotel complex is nestled in beautiful gardens, ensuring a relaxing holiday. As of May 1, 2026, the hotel will also be operated as Adults Only (bookable for ages 16 and up). The resort features a total of 167 rooms. The inviting lobby with its reception warmly welcomes guests, making you feel at home from the very first moment. The main restaurant with a terrace and several bars cater to your culinary needs. Additionally, Madinat Makadi offers several à la carte restaurants, which can be used for a fee.
In the spacious garden area, you'll find the swimming pool, heated in winter, with a pool bar/snack bar. There is a beach bar on the beach, which can be used free of charge during the day. Umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Double Superior

The tastefully furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approximately 32 m² in size and equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, and a balcony or terrace.
Available at an additional charge also with pool view (DSP).
Also bookable for single occupancy (DEU/ESP).

Family Room

The Family Rooms (DF2), with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, are larger at 45 m². Bookable until April 30, 2026.

Junior Suite Pool View

The elegant Junior Suites (J2P), with otherwise the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, feature a bedroom, a living area with a connecting door, and 2 bathrooms/WC. The Junior Suites are approximately 64 m² in size.

Deluxe Garden

The Deluxe Garden View rooms (D2G), with the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, are larger at 45 m². Bookable from May 1, 2026.

Royal Suite

In addition to the amenities of the Double Superior rooms, the Royal Suite (RS) offers a king-size bed, a private (winter-heated) pool, and a terrace. They are approximately 80 m² in size and can accommodate 2 adults.

Breakfast from 7-10 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner from 6:30-9 PM served buffet-style. Dinner is also available once per stay in an à la carte restaurant by reservation (included with reservation).
Late riser breakfast from 10:30-11:30 AM, coffee, tea, and pastries from 4-5 PM. The minibar will be charged extra from November 1, 2025.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available from 9 AM to midnight at the respective open bar. Imported alcohol is available for a fee.

Dine Around

Dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants in Madinat Makadi. Dinner is only possible with prior reservation and is included once per stay.

The 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course, designed by John Sanford, is located in Madinat Makadi and offers an inviting environment for golf enthusiasts. The entry visa for all travel services booked through Schauinsland-Reisen is not included in the travel price.
