Location

The popular Iberotel Makadi Beach hotel is located directly on the beautiful and long sandy beach of the idyllic Makadi Bay. Experience the colorful underwater world of the Red Sea. The in-house reef grows right up to the shore in places and offers excellent diving and snorkeling conditions. Just a few meters from the hotel is the Makadi Souk, where you can browse for souvenirs or enjoy oriental cuisine in one of the lovely restaurants. Hurghada is located approx. 35 km to the north.

Facilities

The spacious complex with two-story residential units, which extend along the pool and garden landscape to the beach, leaves nothing to be desired. The hotel has 313 rooms, an inviting reception hall with lobby and reception desk, a fun pub, and shops and boutiques. A main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants, and an oriental restaurant take care of your culinary needs. Further à la carte restaurants are available to guests at Madinat Makadi for an additional charge.
In the extensive outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter) and a swimming pool with an adjoining children's pool and waterfall, a sun terrace, and a pool bar and pool restaurant. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge at the beach and pool.

Double Superior

The Double Superior rooms (DSU) are tastefully and comfortably furnished (approx. 36 m²) with shower/WC, bathrobes and slippers, hairdryer, air conditioning, tiled floor, satellite TV, telephone, safe, apples and cookies upon arrival, and a balcony or terrace with garden or pool view.
Also bookable with pool view (DSP), side sea view (DSS), sea view (DMU), or for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/EMU).

Double Superior Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Double Superior rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.

Junior Suite Side Sea View

The junior suites (J2S) have the same features as the Double Superior rooms, but are larger (approx. 50 m²) with a living area and coffee machine, as well as a side sea view.

Once per stay, it is possible to dine at one of the specialty restaurants at a neighboring hotel as part of the dine-around concept (reservation required).
