The beautiful hotel complex is located directly in the heart of Makadi Bay, next to the popular sister hotel "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select" (HRG223). The holiday resort is situated on the beachfront at the most beautiful snorkeling and diving spots in the bay, offering the opportunity to explore the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea directly from the gently sloping beach.

This Schauinsland-Reisen original hotel was built in a refined bohemian style and features 240 rooms and suites distributed across various building complexes. The hotel stands out in Egypt with its unique and high-quality dining concept, offering a choice of three signature à la carte restaurants ("Lucina" - international cuisine, "Gaia" - Italian cuisine, and "Yades" - Greek cuisine) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The "Posh Club Lounge" à la carte restaurant is exclusively available to Posh Club members for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, guests of the "SUNRISE Tucana Resort Grand Select" have free access to the eight à la carte restaurants of the sister hotel "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select" with a diverse selection for dinner. The Felucca, which serves fish and seafood, is available for an additional charge. Furthermore, there are eight different bars available. The "Posh Club Lounge" is accessible only to Posh Club members. The Cohiba Bar (adults-only) is open to all guests and serves imported alcoholic beverages from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. In the expansive outdoor area of the hotel, there are three pools (heatable in winter). One is exclusively for use by Posh Club members (adults-only pool). Furthermore, some specific room types feature a private pool or a sharing pool (heatable in winter). Additionally, guests are permitted to use all eight pools as well as the aqua park with 18 different slides at the "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select". Superior Double Room

The comfortably furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 35 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, and a balcony or terrace.

The Junior suites with Jacuzzi (2JJ, approx. 36 m²) have the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, but with a private Jacuzzi outdoors on the terrace.

Tucana Pool Suite Side Sea View

The Tucana Pool suites (PSW) have the same amenities as the Superior double rooms, but are larger (approx. 50-65 m²) with a king-size bed, bathroom with shower, and access to a private outdoor shower (only partially visible/private), seating area, and a terrace with access to a private pool. The suites offer side sea views.

Premium All Inclusive

The unique dining concept offers breakfast from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM, lunch from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, and dinner from 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM in one of the three hotel's à la carte restaurants ("Lucina", "Gaia", "Yades"). As a Posh Club member (booked suite), you also have the option to enjoy your breakfast exclusively in the "Posh Club Lounge". A sparkling wine breakfast is included in all four restaurants. Additionally, dinner can optionally be enjoyed in the buffet restaurant or in one of the eight different à la carte restaurants of the "SUNRISE Royal Makadi Resort Select" (Mexican, Italian, Asian, Mediterranean, Steakhouse, Diet and Light, Bedouin restaurant). The "Lucina" à la carte restaurant is open as a snack bar around the clock for you (alcoholic beverages are not served between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM). The Felucca is available for an additional charge.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the eight bars.
