Location

The modern hotel is located in Sahl Hasheesh, right on a gently sloping, kilometer-long sand/pebble beach with an offshore house reef. A new bathing jetty makes it easier to enter the water. The deep blue water of the Red Sea is right on your doorstep and offers ideal conditions for relaxing beach days, while city life is also easily accessible. The complex is approximately 27 km from Hurghada Airport.

Facilities

The newly built hotel has 633 modern rooms, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, lounge and terrace, as well as a variety of shops.
Several bars, a buffet restaurant, and five à la carte restaurants provide for guests' culinary needs, offering everything from Italian and Mexican cuisine to Asian cuisine, as well as grilled and seafood specialties and Arabic cuisine, ensuring there is something for every taste.
The spacious hotel grounds feature four swimming pools (partially heated, one of which is a relaxing pool for adults only) and a children's pool. One pool is equipped with seven different water slides.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Superior Double Room

The modern rooms with a king-size bed (DSU, approx. 42 m²) feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, cosmetic mirror, coffee and tea, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), minibar (water daily free of charge, other drinks for a fee), safe. Seating area as well as a balcony or terrace are also provided.
Available with pool view (DSP), side sea view (D2S) or sea view (DMU) for an additional charge. Also available for single occupancy (DEU/ESP/1SD/EMU).

Superior Double Room Sea View Guaranteed Top Floor

The newly bookable Schauinsland-Reisen original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms are guaranteed to be located on the top floor of the hotel, offering a breathtaking view of the Red Sea.
Also bookable for single occupancy (MSE).

Superior Double Room Swim-Up

The Swim-Up Double Rooms (DWP) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but have direct access to the sharing pool.
Please note that your booked room has a private pool and there is no lifeguard on duty there.
If traveling with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for their supervision yourself.
Also bookable for single occupancy (EWP).

Deluxe Family Room

The Deluxe Family Rooms (2DF, approx. 55 m²) consist of a bedroom with a king-size bed or two twin beds and a living/bedroom with two sofa beds. The bedroom is separated from the living/bedroom by a door.
Available with pool view (FPD), side sea view (2FW) or sea view (F2D) for an additional charge.

Executive Suite

The Executive Suite (ES2, approx. 85 m²) offers a bedroom, a living room, and a bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer, shaving socket, and complimentary toiletries. Remaining equipment as in the Superior Double Room.

Family Suite

The Family Suite (2FS, approx. 95 m²) is equipped with 2 bedrooms. One with a queen-size bed and seating options, one with two single beds and a dressing area. A shower as well as a bathtub are provided in the bathroom, otherwise same equipment as the Superior Double Room.

Grand Suite

The Grand Suite (GR2, approx. 116 m²) has two bedrooms, as well as a dressing area and two bathrooms. One of them is equipped with a shower, bathtub, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries.
Remaining equipment as in the Superior Double Room.

Royal Suite

The Royal Suite (RS, approx. 110 m²) features a queen-size bed, a living room with dining area, a dressing area, bathroom with shower, bathtub, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, separate WC.

Deluxe Family Room Swim-Up

The Deluxe Family Rooms (FSU, approx. 55 m²) have similar features to the Deluxe Family Rooms but additionally provide direct access to the sharing pool.

Continental early-bird breakfast from 5:00 to 7:00 a.m. in the main restaurant and late-riser breakfast from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. available in the pool restaurant.
Furthermore, lunch (12:30-2:30 p.m.) and evening buffet (7:00-9:30 p.m.) in the main restaurant.
Alternatively, lunch and dinner can be enjoyed in one of the à la carte restaurants. While you can eat à la carte for lunch in the restaurants by the pool and at the beach (12:30-4:00 p.m.), in the evening you can choose à la carte dishes between different themed restaurants, such as Italian, Arabic, Asian, Mexican, and grilled specialties (7:00-9:30 p.m., included 1x per stay with reservation. A large selection of drinks is offered around the clock at the currently open bar.
There is also a shisha area (6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m., for a fee).
Appropriate attire is requested at meal times, especially in the evening.
