This stylish resort is a modern 5-star property, opened in 2025, featuring 380 comfortably furnished rooms and suites, including swim-up rooms. The hotel complex includes three freshwater pools (two of which are heated in winter) as well as a modern spa and fitness center. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the entire resort.

Superior Double Room

The Superior Double Rooms (DSU) are approx. 35-42 m² in size. Amenities include a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, LED satellite TV, safe, minibar, coffee/tea maker, scales, and toiletries. They also feature a sofa bed, a king-size bed or 2 single beds, and USB sockets. The rooms have a balcony or terrace with a view of the Avenue.

Premium Double Room

The Premium Rooms (PPD) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms, but are approx. 38-42 m² in size and offer a pool view.

The Club Double Rooms (2LM) are approx. 38-42 m² in size and are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms. They feature a side sea view. From arrival date 1.11.26, the room name changes to Deluxe Double Room Side Sea View (DD2).

Grand Club Beach Front Double Room

The rooms (BF2) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms but are more spacious at approx. 50 m².
From arrival date 1.11.26, the room name changes to Executive Suite (EX2).

Swim Up Double Room (from 12 years)

The Swim Up Double Rooms (SWD) are approx. 35-42 m² in size and feature a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool. Otherwise, they are equipped just like the Superior Double Rooms.

Deluxe Double Room (HRGB32)

These approx. 42 m² comfortable rooms feature single beds or a double bed, TV, minibar (for a fee), shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (DD2). Also bookable facing the sea for an additional charge (X2M/X1M).

Executive Double Room (HRGB32)

At approx. 50 m², these rooms offer more space and a sea view (EXD/EXE).
Additionally also bookable as Executive Double Room Sea View (EXM).

Double Room Garden View (HRGB32)

With otherwise similar equipment to the Superior Double Rooms, these offer a garden view (DSU/DAS/ESU/ESA/DSR).
