The newly built hotel delights with its particularly luxurious atmosphere and is located in the magnificent bay of Abu Soma, directly on a 300 m long private beach. The beach impresses with its white sand and the wonderful view over the crystal-clear water of the bay. The nearest town, Safaga, can be reached after approx. 20 km and offers various shopping facilities, restaurants, and bars. It is approx. 55 km to Hurghada city center. Hurghada Airport is approx. 50 km away.

The schauinsland-original rooms are modernly furnished (DSP, approx. 50 m²) and feature a king-size bed or two single beds, a large bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (daily complimentary replenishment), minibar (water replenished daily; all other items for a fee), safe (included), and balcony or terrace.
When booking this room, guests receive the following additional amenities:

Superior Double Room Side Sea View

The Superior Double Rooms with side sea view (DSS) feature queen or twin beds, air conditioning, a bathroom with WC and shower, hairdryer, TV, and a safe. Additionally, the rooms have a side sea view.
Available with front sea view (FUM) or with side sea and pool view (DMU) for an additional charge.
Also bookable for single use (DE1/EUM/UME).

Superior Double Room Front Sea View Top Floor

The newly bookable schauinsland-reisen-Original rooms (MSA) are equipped like the Superior Double Rooms and feature a sea view. The rooms offer a front sea view and are guaranteed to be located on the top floor of the hotel.
Also bookable for single use (MSE).

Superior Grand Double Room Side Sea View

The Superior Type B rooms (DSB) are approx. 50 m² and feature a queen-size bed and a seating area that can be converted into a bed. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom, air conditioning, safe, minibar (water replenished daily; all other items for a fee), and a hairdryer. This room type accommodates 2 adults and 1 child. Deluxe Family Room Pool and Sea View

The Deluxe Family Rooms (F2D) are approx. 60 m² and feature either a king-size bed or two single beds. These rooms are larger and include two rooms: a master bedroom and a seating area that can be converted into beds, bathrooms with a rainfall shower as well as a separate WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and slippers. Additionally, there is a large separate dressing room with full-length mirrors. A smart TV with cable/satellite channels, two direct-dial telephones, and a safe are also provided in the room. Executive Suite Private Swim Up Pool

The Executive Suites (X2S) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms side sea view, but are larger (approx. 57 m²), have a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and feature a private swim-up pool. The minibar is replenished daily with water free of charge (soft drinks for a fee). An espresso machine is provided.

Royal Suite Private Pool

The spacious Royal Suites (R2S) are approx. 215 m² and feature particularly luxurious amenities including a private pool.

Villa 2 Bedrooms

The two-bedroom villas (V22) are approx. 350 m² and are equipped with a queen-size bed and two single beds. They offer air conditioning, an open-plan bathroom with Jacuzzi, and a private enclosed garden with an outdoor shower (rainfall shower), hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and beach/pool towels.
