Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers in between. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay before is mandatory. The next possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The holiday package you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel and port are included.

Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 AM, optional hot air balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak Temple as well as Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Tour of the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continuing the journey from Esna.
Afterwards, proceed to Aswan, where you will also spend the night.

In the morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Afterwards, visit to the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.

Afterwards, opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread over several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious dishes. The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Jacuzzi Suite

The approx. 50 m² (incl. 4 m² balcony/terrace) Jacuzzi suites (S2J) feature a couple's Jacuzzi, shower, WC, vanity mirror, air conditioning, safe, minibar (daily refill with water, juice, beer, soft drinks), smart TV with German channels, coffee and tea making machine, as well as a swing chair on the terrace.

Pure Standard Suite Jacuzzi

The approx. 27 m² Pure Standard suites (SAJ) are slightly smaller, with similar amenities to the Jacuzzi suites. Some suites have a small balcony with visual privacy screens or a terrace and are located on the land side.

Swim Up Suite

The swim-up suites (2SU) feature similar amenities to the Jacuzzi suites, but have direct access to the terrace pool (this is heatable in winter) and are more spacious with a size of approx. 50 m² (incl. 4 m² terrace).

Penthouse

The penthouse suites (P2) located on the upper floors are equipped like the Jacuzzi suites, but are more spacious at approx. 107 m² (incl. 16 m² balcony), with their own living room, private pool (heatable in winter) and a breathtaking view over the Red Sea.

Super saver room

The super saver rooms (SSZ) are approx. 27 m² and are equipped with shower/WC, espresso machine, TV, Wi-Fi, vanity mirror, safe. The rooms do not have a Jacuzzi, have no balcony and are located on the land side.
