Travel information

Combo product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all connecting transfers. Accommodation in the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days as per the program. The prior and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. excursion by hot air balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, the Karnak and Luxor temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening, cruise to Esna. Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay takes place.

In the morning after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Aswan Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Afterward, opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Cruise to Kom Ombo with a visit to the double temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight on board.

The ship features a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins, spread over several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious meals. The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

Premium Double Room Garden View

The Premium double rooms (2GP, approx. 48 m²), with the same equipment as the double rooms, additionally feature a roof terrace with a view of the sunset and garden view.
Also bookable with sea view (2PM) as well as for single occupancy (1GP/1PM).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites (JS2) are approx. 42-48 m² in size and have air conditioning, slippers, hairdryer, bathrobes, a bathroom with rainfall shower/WC, telephone, safe, and a coffee and tea maker. In addition, the suites have a terrace with direct access to the sharing pool and additionally feature pool and garden views.

Deluxe Swim Up Junior Suite

The suites have a living area of approx. 42m² and feature air conditioning, bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, slippers, safe, coffee/tea maker, a workspace as well as smart furnishing features and a terrace with a daybed for 2 people and direct access to the sharing pool (DJS).
Also bookable for single occupancy (EJE).
