Product information

Combined product consisting of a Nile cruise on the Nile Majestic Dahabiya and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Embarkation is always on Saturdays. The trip must start at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next available embarkation will always be used.

Day 1
Arrival and embarkation
Rest of the day at your leisure, including meals and overnight stay in Luxor.
Day 2
 Early in the morning, you have the option for an optional hot air balloon ride.
 Breakfast followed by a visit to the West Bank: Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3).
Return to the boat for lunch. Tea time during the journey.
Dinner followed by entertainment and overnight stay on an island near Luxor.
Day 3
 Continue sailing to Edfu. Breakfast and lunch during the journey.
 Visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3) followed by sailing to Ramady Island.
Dinner, followed by entertainment and overnight stay on board.
Day 4
In the morning, continue sailing from Ramady Island to Bassaw Island.
Upon arrival at Bassaw Island, enjoy a one-hour walk through green fields and discover the traditional life of the locals.
Followed by breakfast on board during the onward journey.
Arrival in Kom Ombo with an optional visit to the unusual double temple of Sobek and Horus (1,2,3).
 Back on board, lunch will be served during the journey to Hor Diab Island.
Upon arrival at Hor Diab Island, there is an opportunity for swimming in the Nile.
Dinner on board with entertainment and overnight stay in Aswan.
Day 5
Breakfast followed by an optional visit to the High Dam and Philae Temple (1,2,3), then a felucca ride (1,2,3) on the Nile
as well as an optional visit to a Nubian village (3).

Optional participation in the sound and light show at Philae Temple (starts at 7:00 PM).

The Nile Majestic Dahabiya is a 58m long ship with two upper decks and a sun deck. All cabins offer a direct Nile view.
The design combines pharaonic elegance with classic style – inspired by antiquity to the era of King Farouk. The ship has 16 cabins spread across two decks. Onboard, you will find an elegant buffet restaurant, cozy retreat areas such as a reading corner, and a spacious sun deck with a pool and a comfortable bar.

Built in Moroccan style, the hotel of the renowned Jaz Hotel Group is located directly on the long private sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Souk Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants and bars that invite you to stroll. The aqua park is about 3 km from the hotel.

The Jaz Makadina is nestled in a beautiful garden and has 270 rooms spread across several small buildings. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à la carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, in addition to the show cooking in the hotel restaurant, there is the "Dine Around" concept of Souk Makadi.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area, there is a pool landscape with two swimming pools (one heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

The friendly furnished Double Superior rooms (DSU) are approx. 38 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), air conditioning, coffee/tea making facilities (refilled daily free of charge), minibar (for a fee), safe (included), balcony or terrace. A large bottle of water is provided daily in the room (free of charge).

Family Suite Superior

The Family Suites (F2U) have the same amenities as the Double Rooms but are slightly more spacious, approx. 47 sqm. The sleeping area is visually separated by a curtain.
Also available with pool view (FUP) or sea side (FY2) for an additional charge.

Suite Superior

The Suite Superior (SU2) rooms, with similar amenities to the Double Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 sqm) and feature an additional sitting/sleeping area separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.
Also available as Double Deluxe (DD2). In this room, the sitting/sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

The Family Rooms Deluxe (2DF) have the same amenities as the Family Rooms Superior. The children's sleeping area is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

The spacious (approx. 56 sqm) and elegantly furnished Junior Suites (J2S) offer the same amenities as the Double Superior rooms, a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs. The Junior Suites are 56 sqm. They offer a variety of wonderful views and are luxuriously appointed.
