Combined package of a Nile cruise on the MS Nile Excellence and a beach holiday, including all intermediate transfers. Accommodation in the hotel will always be in the cheapest available room category. Boarding is always on Thursdays. The trip must start at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay is mandatory. The next possible boarding date will always be taken.

Route:
Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Visit to the Luxor Museum (3) in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
A hot air balloon ride is possible at 5 a.m. (optional, can be booked locally).
In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon sailing to Edfu. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 3:
Morning sailing to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board and visit to the double temple (1,2,3).
Continue sailing to Aswan, dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then visit a Nubian village (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Early morning at 3:30 a.m., opportunity for an excursion to Abu Simbel by bus (2,3), breakfast package included.
Then it's back to Kom Ombo.
Lunch on board. Overnight stay and dinner on board.
Day 6:
Breakfast on board. The ship then sails on to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Breakfast. You then have the option to visit the Edfu Temple (1,2,3).
The ship then sails on to Luxor.
Upon arrival, you have the option to visit the East Bank with the Luxor Temple (1,2,3) and Karnak Temple (1,2,3). There is an opportunity for a sound and light show at Karnak Temple (optional, can be booked locally).

Departure.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks from the three bars on board. A small bazaar and a cozy reading corner are also available. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship has a small fitness studio which is freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the loungers on the sun deck or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic view of the landscape along the Nile.

Suite

The friendly furnished suites (S2) are approx. 24 sqm and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, two single beds or one double bed, air conditioning (individually adjustable), minibar, safe, TV, telephone (for a fee), seating area, and a French balcony.
Also bookable for single occupancy (1SA).

Royal Suite

The Royal Suites (RS) have the same amenities as the suites but are larger (approx. 37 sqm). The Royal Suites are located on the middle and upper decks.
In the Royal Suites, there is also a small table and two chairs on the French balcony.

Single Suite

The single suites (S1) are approx. 13 sqm and otherwise equipped like the suites, but with only one single bed and no seating area.

Economy Suite

The economy suites (S2Z) are somewhat smaller (approx. 21 sqm) with otherwise the same amenities as the suites and possibly without a French balcony and without a seating area, but with a non-opening window.

The holiday complex consists of 473 rooms, spread across a main building and 2 side wings. The complex has a spacious, friendly lobby with a reception, several bars, and shops. For your culinary well-being, there is a Chinese restaurant "L'Asiatique", an à la carte restaurant "Wow" (included once per stay), an Italian restaurant "Soprano", an oriental restaurant "Saffron", and a beach bar with snacks. In the outdoor area, between the main building and the beach, there is a generous pool landscape with 4 children's pools (heated in winter) with water slides and 2 adult pools (one heated in winter). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are included by the pool and on the beach.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in buffet form. One visit to the à la carte restaurant is included per stay.
