Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Lady Carol and a beach holiday, including all transfers between them. Accommodation at the hotel is always in the most reasonably priced available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Saturdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The earliest possible embarkation is always selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have selected has a duration of 14 Days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always seven Days according to the program. The preliminary and subsequent stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the day of embarkation. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3) Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Tour of the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 a.m. excursion by balloon (optional, can be booked on site).
Breakfast, tour of the East Bank, Karnak Temple, and Luxor Temple (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Tour of the West Bank. Morning after breakfast, excursion to Thebes-West to the Hatshepsut Temple (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit to the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening, cruise to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Continue from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay also takes place.
Lunch and dinner, as well as overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
Morning after breakfast, visit to the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Philae Temple by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Afternoon felucca ride on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity to visit a Nubian village with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Sail to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:

The ship features a welcoming reception and a total of 72 beautiful exterior cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant provides delicious dishes. The economy cabins (EK2) are furnished like the standard cabins, but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole.

The spacious hotel complex of the popular Dana Beach Resort is located directly on its own lagoon sand beach in the southern hotel zone of Hurghada. The hotel complex consists of a main building and three-story residential buildings with a total of 866 rooms. A saltwater lagoon leads from the beach through the spacious and beautifully landscaped gardens to the reception building and can be traveled via shuttle boats. Facilities include a stylish lobby with reception, six buffet restaurants (international, Asian, Italian, oriental, and German), various bars, shops, and a hairdresser.
In the outdoor area, there are three swimming pools with an integrated children's section (two of which can be heated in winter, one with water slides for children), a sun terrace, and a pool bar. A brand-new highlight of the pool landscape is the newly built aqua park with 18 different slides for both young and old (11 for adults and 7 for children), which add an extra portion of excitement and action to your holiday. The family rooms (DF2) are approx. 60 m² in size with the same amenities as the double rooms and feature two bedrooms, air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace.

Double room Deluxe (HRGA07)

The deluxe double rooms correspond to the double rooms and are bookable with garden view (DD2/DD3), pool view (DPB), and sea view (DDM).

The suites have a size of approx. 65 m² and feature a living area and a separate bedroom. General amenities of the suites include Wi-Fi, telephone, air conditioning, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony or terrace (S2M).
