Travel information

Combination product consisting of a Nile cruise on the MS Magic I and a beach holiday, including all inter-transfers. Accommodation at the hotel is always provided in the most affordable available room category. Embarkation always takes place on Thursdays. The trip must be started at least one day in advance, as an overnight stay beforehand is mandatory. The next possible embarkation date will always be selected.

Notice

The travel offer you have chosen has a duration of 14 days and includes various individual services. Accommodation on the ship is always for seven days according to the program. The pre- and post-stay at the hotel depends on your arrival day and the embarkation day. All transfers between the airport, hotel, and port are included.

In the morning at 5 AM, a hot air balloon ride can be booked (optional, only bookable locally).
Breakfast on board. Then, visit the West Bank with the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3), Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3), and the Valley of the Kings (1,2,3).
Lunch on board. Then continue to Edfu.
Dinner and overnight on board.
Day 3:
Breakfast on board. Then continue to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board.
After arrival in Kom Ombo, the Temple of Kom Ombo can be visited (1,2,3).

The hotel, built in Moroccan style by the renowned JAZ hotel group, is located directly on the private, long sandy beach of the popular and idyllic Makadi Bay with a beautiful view of the coast. Hurghada Airport is approx. 30 km away. The hotel's own reef invites you to snorkel and dive in the breathtaking underwater world of the Red Sea. In the immediate vicinity is the Souk-Makadi with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars that invite you to stroll. The Aquapark is approx. 3 km from the hotel.

The JAZ Makadina is nestled in a beautiful garden and features 270 rooms spread over several small buildings in the complex. The hotel is also equipped with a welcoming reception, several shops, a buffet restaurant, an à-la-carte restaurant (for a fee), and various bars. For culinary variety, besides the show cooking in the hotel restaurant, the "Dine Around" concept of the Souk Makadi is provided.
In the beautifully and spaciously designed garden area is the pool landscape with two swimming pools (one can be heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, as well as a pool bar and a beach bar. Additionally, there are two outdoor jacuzzis (adults only) in the outdoor area.
Sun loungers, pads, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and beach.

Superior family suite

The family suites (F2U) feature the same amenities as the double rooms but are somewhat more spacious (approx. 47 m²) and feature an additional seating/sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.

The Superior suites (SU2) have similar amenities as the Superior double rooms, are more spacious (approx. 47 m²), and have an additional seating/sleeping area, which is separated from the rest of the room by a curtain.

The Deluxe family rooms (2DF) feature the same amenities as the Superior family rooms. The sleeping area for children is separated from the rest of the room by a sliding door.

The spacious (approx. 56 m²) and elegant Junior suites (J2S) offer, with the same amenities as the Superior double, a queen-size bed, a separate living area, and 2 TVs. The Junior suites are 56 m² in size. They offer a variety of magnificent views and are luxuriously furnished.
